Tosite.ai terms of service

Tosite.ai ("Tosite", "we") provides a service that identifies receipt emails in your connected Microsoft Outlook or Gmail mailbox and extracts the expense data from them for you to review and export.

You use the service with your own Microsoft or Google credentials via OAuth authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You may not let anyone else use your account. You can delete your account at any time from the service settings.

When you connect your mailbox to the service, you give us permission to read its content for the purpose of identifying receipts. We do not send, modify, or delete your messages. You can revoke the permission at any time from the service settings or directly from your Microsoft or Google account management.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect the mailbox you use to the service. You may not use the service for unlawful activity or to intentionally interfere with it.

The service uses AI to identify receipts and extract data from them. We strive for high accuracy, but the results are not error-free. You are responsible for checking the extracted data before using it for accounting or any other official purpose.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may make changes, perform updates, or take the service down for maintenance.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, such as lost profit or loss of data. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to no more than the subscription fees you have paid in the past 12 months.

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may close your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the service before they take effect. By continuing to use the service you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. A consumer has the right to bring a dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board or the district court of their place of residence.
