Tosite.ai order conditions

We offer the service as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown in the service when you subscribe. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The payment method details you provide are stored at Stripe, not with us. The subscription fee is charged automatically to your payment method at the start of each billing period.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next period begins. A monthly subscription renews monthly and a yearly subscription renews yearly.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the service settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using the service normally until then. We do not refund fees already charged when you cancel mid-period.

A consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act starting from when the subscription is made. By starting to use the service during the withdrawal period you agree that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been delivered in full. In practice this means that if you start using the service immediately (for example by connecting your mailbox), your right of withdrawal lapses.

We may change pricing. We will notify you of price increases by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, we will retry it. If the payment cannot be collected, we may suspend the service until the payment is made.

When your subscription ends, the paid features of the service are no longer available to you. Your account and the data stored in it remain as described in the privacy policy until you delete the account or it is deleted due to inactivity.
